We’re seeking a detail oriented, hardworking, goal driven experienced full charge, full time bookkeeper to join our winning team.

Duties include the following:

  • Perform full charge bookkeeping functions
  • Weekly payroll processing to prepare payroll data for payroll service to process
  • Month end closing: including bank account reconciliations, balance sheet account reconciliations, NM gross receipts sales tax tracking and reporting, preparation of financial statements
  • Has a solid understanding of accounts receivable/accounts payable
  • Prepare payments for signature
  • Manages accounts receivable collections for past due invoices
  • Responsible for the integrity of the general ledger and chart of accounts
  • Prepare deposits
  • Job costing
  • Prepare sales peoples commission report for month
  • Internal reporting
  • Assist owners with any special projects or reporting-such as reporting for safety

Requirements:

  • Four years’ experience in accounting & bookkeeping field
  • Associates or bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting
  • Proficient with MS Office, and Cloud-Based Technology, and QuickBooks
  • Excellent working knowledge of spreadsheets. Must be able to make awesome charts in Excel, formulas, and more
  • Strong accounting knowledge at the transactional level is required
  • Strict confidentiality required
  • Able to work independently with very little supervision
  • Must be able to multi-task; need strong overall computer skills; results driven
  • Must have outstanding customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Team player willing to collaborate and assist where needed
