When you hire us as your painting contractor, you can expect us to:
- Arrive at your home between 7:30 and 8:00 am each morning.
- Review the scope of work to be performed at the start of each day. You tell us where you want our crew to begin—you’re always in control of where we work.
- Clean a surface—pressure wash, hand wash, sand, dust or a combination of these methods—prior to painting it.
- Fill in gaps or cracked caulking in wood trim or dissimilar surfaces (unless a specific reason dictates otherwise).
- Scrape off peeling or flaking paint and “feather edge” sanding the remaining checked edges to help hide the transfer through to the finish coats.
- Complete our preparations to a home’s exterior before we begin applying finish coats of paint.
- Apply paint to ensure proper coverage—we won’t try to increase the cost by putting on a second coat.
- Contain any paint flakes, wood chips or other debris and clean up after ourselves daily. We take pride in maintaining a neat work area and keeping you comfortable by leaving your home or business clean and orderly.
- Extend a full 3-year labor and material warranty—you never have to worry if the job will last.
