We have two weekly meeting, one with all our employees going over our points of culture and one just with our crew leaders each week. We have a once a month training, this month was on “correct and incorrect conversations at work”. We have a once a month safety meeting. Lastly we share production numbers each week and month with our guys. We want them to know how their jobs are going every step of the way. Wow, you might say!
