1. Is Mike’s Quality Painting Insured?

Mike’s Quality Painting is insured, bonded, and has high levels of workers’ compensation and general liability insurance to ensure our employees and our customers are protected.

2. Do I need to move my furniture, or other items, before my scheduled project?

We ask that our customers remove items hanging from the walls, remove electronics (TVs, computers, consoles, etc.), and remove any items of either sentimental or high dollar value. We will assist in moving some large furniture items, remove electrical covers, blinds, and curtains, as well as appropriately cover and mask areas needed.

3. Is a deposit needed to schedule my project?

Yes, we ask for a 20% deposit which gets you into the scheduling process. The 20% deposit allows us to order the needed materials for the job ahead of time so we ensure a scheduled start date. (Please note: scheduling exterior projects are weather permitted and are subject to change).

4. How, and when, do I choose the colors for my project?

We will always use a premium-quality paint for your project and can help you decide on what to use. Sherwin Williams and Dunn Edwards also offer free color consultations to help find your perfect color. You can visit any of their local stores to pick up some samples for your project. Once your project has been scheduled, we will reach out at least two weeks before your start date to confirm your final color selection.
